I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety. I want you to know if you are suffering from worry and overthinking, you’re not alone. It takes so much courage to seek out help and you should feel proud of yourself for taking this first step. Starting this process can feel uncomfortable, (valid!) but I’m committed to making this process as empowering, comfortable and effective as possible.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques, tailored specifically to meet your individual goals. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed / Board Certified Art Therapist providing teletherapy throughout the state of New Jersey.
