I utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques, tailored specifically to meet your individual goals. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed / Board Certified Art Therapist providing teletherapy throughout New Jersey.
